Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
Da Ritz ships to over 85 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. International orders may be subject to additional carrier surcharges calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Da Ritz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Da Ritz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. We can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled.
